I watched Casper cartoons when I was very young, but never read either Ritchie or Casper comics. So I guess I gotta go with Casper.

I ascribe to the theory they are all the same being, obviously with some mystic time travel involved . . Richie dies - and as we all know, it's harder for a rich boy to get into heaven than that camel needle business, so he's in limbo as a ghost, Casper . . till he eventually gets involved in too much mischief (not to mention consorting with a Witch) and winds up downstairs as a devil, Hot Stuff . . . no?
anyway, I'll pick the living Richie Rich version.
