Dan is correct; this year Winter started yesterday. My bad.
Are you allowed to say "my bad" at age 41?

If you've made it to 41 with most of your faculties intact, you can say whatever the Hell you want. Winter starts on the 21st for me. But I have to add that in Houston Winter usually lasts about a week and a half, while Summer lasts from the end of April to about the 21st of December, sometimes later.

My first instinct is to go with the DD and She angle, but the power differential concerns me. That and Matt's so damned serious all the damned time. I mean, if he could say "I'm Daredevil damnit!" without fear of copyright infringement ( and yes even Daredevil is afraid of lawyers!) he would.

To me it's winter when I use the heater in my car and/or home.
Tuesday, 12/23 (Festivus!) toss-up: favorite Christmas-mode comics - Santa Claus guest appearances, or A Christmas Carol homages?

Hmmm....I'll go with Christmas Carol homages, too.
I'm thinking we need a thread on "Favorite comic book Christmas story."
