But NO ONE tops The Joker!  *brandishes Ultimate Nullifer wildly*

Kevin, you should know me well enough by now (theologically anyways) that I enjoy characters with "religious" backgrounds e.g. Ras Al Ghul !  Even though the Joker is a stunning villain, especially as portrayed by Heath Ledger, my favorite Batman villain will always be Ras Al Ghul !

* Recalibrates Dr. Doom's/Reed Richards' time machine in order to send Kevin to the realm of death to clean Thanos' boots (for eternity) ! *
