Catching up....
1. Guy Gardner. Yeah, he's a blockhead, but he's a darn entertaining one. I loved the Keith Giffen/J.M. DeMatteis run on Justice League, where Guy was a central character - and a frequent antagonist.
2. Definitely the modern Green Arrow, and not just for aesthetic reasons. As others have noted the Silver Age Green Arrow was pretty much a Bruce Wayne clone.
But the modern version, as reimagined by Denny O'Neill and Neal Adams, is his own man - a populist, somewhat anti-establishment character who doesn't always play well with others.
3. I'll go against the grain here and pick the Golden Age Atom. I'm a sucker for the JSA. During Geoff Johns' run on that book, I love how the WWII-era characters like the Atom, Jay Garrick, Alan Scott, etc. were viewed with awe and reverence even by the other heroes. They were presented as "heroes to the heroes," which I thought was incredibly cool.
