James Hudson's battlesuit.  He didn't need no stinking armor in a briefcase.

Mac's had some very remarkable features, but Tony wrote the book on Remarkable Armor

Now this is a great question?

I guess it all come down to whether someone would rather drive:
-A Hummer (A powerful means of getting from here to there, yet still stylish and functional)

OR

-A Ferrari (A somewhat SLEEKER of way of getting from here to there, yet still maintaining its style and functionality)

Realistically, Stark's armor is a much bigger headache getting on and off (One of the many things the movie got right), but once
on, "Look out world!" while James's suit is alot more "user-friendly" (getting on and off I mean) with it's own degree of punch.

I'd have to go with the GUARDIAN suit only for practicality. That you can carry around with you and therefore it's always right there
when you need it.

Isn't the "it-takes-an-entire-room-full-of-servo-mechanisms-for-the-he ro-to-dress-himself" approach an innovation brought to us by the Ultimate line?  Marvel's original version of Tony designed a suit that could be easily carried in a briefcase. Was Guardian's really even more portable than that?

"Realistically",of course, there are no suits of micro-circuited armor capable of controlling aspects of the Earth's magnetic field or generating repulsor blasts.

I'm voting Stark, btw.
