Wolverine's more of a bully than a badass.  Conan's just from a tougher world, where everyone talks with a Red Foreman-like consistency about planting their foot in your ass.  I'd say Conan routinely kills bigger badasses than Wolverine.

yeah, Conan probably did good old skool snaps -- "By Crom, your mother's so old, she was Kulan Garth's nanny"  and the like -- but Spidey remains the cutting edge of taunts and disses.
