Hmmm, NOT a popular choice today.
I'll throw mine into the mix: Scattergun, a Havok-type with the ability to emit bursts of force from his hands, in a wide cone. He's cautious with his powers for fear of collateral damage, but it's not a Cyclops-thing where he can't stop them from going off. He idolizes Robin, finds Cyborg insufferable and as an animal lover he's fascinated by Changeling.

He's trying a thing here. Give it a shot.
Not a Teen Titan fan, so I honestly don't know who is on the team at that point, but I'll play along. Wish I had all my old RPG tables here at work.
Portfolio. Able to bring anything he draws to life by drawing matter from a pocket universe and sending his own consciousness into the construct. Keeps a sketchbook and a utility belt with pens, pencils, crayons, chalk, etc. His body lies comatose until the link is broken, either by his will or when direct line of sight is broken.

A young version of Green Lanthern to go with the kind of young JLA feel.

Pallette...a youg girl who controls colour. Right away Gar loves her, because she helps him look normal for a small amount of time...and the editors love her because all colouring glitches have a built-in excuse!

Heading to work now, and getting an oil change/tuneup in the morning, so this is tomorrow's, early:
Thursday, 10/16 toss-up: which did you enjoy more, JB's Doom Patrol or his Blood of The Demon?

Blood of the Demon - tho' i think Doom Patrol was just starting to hit it's stride when it became too late for the title.

I think I would have added someone to challenge Robin's leadership of the team. Someone confident, decisive, who would have the support of the new members on this team. As the team moved towards splitting, support for the newbie would cave when he leads them into some sort of disaster. Thinking Brother Blood here. Robin asserts himself and full support is given. New guy continues to try to assume command, but not happening. A friendly rivelry becomes bitter.
Blood of the Demon over Doom Patrol.
