Spidey is better by a hair, although I believe neither character belongs on the Avengers. Wolverine is a killer...no place fo him as an Avenger.

Neither... but if that had to be forced I would choose Wolverine as an Avenger, he knows how to be a team player. Spider-Man is a loner, doesn't work -for me- in a team.

Gotta go with Spider-Man - Wolverine at least rose to fame in a team book. Ideally neither should be an Avenger.
