Asgard with Thor

Hawkeye.  I know he can be brash, but at the end of the day I'd trust him with my life and I'd throw my sister's virtue in the pot willy-nilly 'cause I have two more where she came from.

Good question!  We all know that Guy is a complete jerk but seeing hime with Ice Maiden, he was pretty sweet and green lanterns are cool...I'd still have to go with Hawkeye though, he's cocky and abbrasive but he's also an all round good guy.
