Ooh, tough one!  I will make my decision here based solely on the art of each series.  I prefer Perez's art slightly over JB's.  However, JB's renditions of the X-Men have been a major factor in many of these characters obtaining iconic or near iconic status.  So in this case, I will go with JB's Uncanny X-Men ever so slightly over Perez's New Teen Titans.

Yesterday: Miller's Daredevil.

Today: As incredible as JB's X-Men was, I did not read the entire run until
some time after I'd read the Titans stuff. Nostalgia edges it just a little bit:
Perez's New Teen Titans.
