Jr. He might be the best story telling artist working. He makes bad writers look pretty good.

Romita Sr.
But as with most of these recently, it's a close call. Romita Sr. was not only an excellent storyteller, but also a beautiful designer of characters. JR Jr. is dynamic and fun, but not at the level of his dad.

Love 'em both, but I gotta go with Senior. However, Junior is my favorite M***** artist today.
TODAY'S TOSS-UP (3/7):
Frank Miller's Daredevil or Unca Walt's Thor?

Man, that is tough! Frank's DD certainly had a longer lasting impact as Thor has been all over the place for countless years since Walt left. Walt's Thor was the only time I was ever interested in the character....Frank's DD was the first time I was ever interested in that character...uhhhhh.... I am gonna say Walt's Thor! Beta Ray Bill was really cool.

I go with Junior over Senior. But that one is a really close call.
I go with Walt's Thor over Miller's Daredevil. But only by the smallest of margins does it win.
