She-Hulk, but only if done by JB or Roger Stern.

Doc Samson.

I think She-Hulk is a great character, but 23 years ago, I was an 8 year old just discovering comics and picked up a Hulk issue just in time to witness THE PUNCH! Doc Samson has a place of honor in my childhood memories.

She-Hulk, esp. under Roger Stern, JB or Dan Slott.  Though Doc Samson is a favorite too.

She-Hulk, easily.

Doc Samson is an okay character, but he's just a supporting character. She-Hulk, on the other hand, has had her own series (two or three of them, actually) and has been a member of the FF and the Avengers. She's an A-list Marvel character.
