Tough call, because I enjoy both for such completely different reasons.  Still, going with HULK -- unless you say "Byrne's SHE-HULK" (really, the only decent itineration of this character).

She Hulk, I have never been a fan of the Hulk the mindless beast, the lack of control, and direction.
