Wallace -

In the Hunger, Darkseid and Galactus stalemated, neither won.  Apparently they were equals.  But in Thanos #1-6 (also known as the Epiphany TPB), Thanos severely humbled Galactus (after doing him a favor).  I'd say it would be no problem for Thanos to do the same with Darkseid !
