The specified question is Frank Miller or JRjr's ART on Daredevil....in that case there is no question in my mind JRjr deserves more recognition.  Frank Miller's run was about 25% Miller art and 75% Janson. 

Miller/Janson combo vs Miller would be another question...I would still choose JRjr.

i really don't see Janson making much differance in that Miller has struck me to be far more about the layout and design than the linework - only looking at his work that way can i begin to appreciate it, and -- the layout and design of his DD is Iconic. easy win here
