From yesterday, John Byrne overall over John Romita Jr. But JR Jr. is one of the definitive Spider-Man artists, so I'll give him a nod when it comes to the Web-Slinger.

Today's question: I'll go with Secret Invasion. Like William said, D.C. has gone to the "Crisis" well a few times too many.
