While you can't have one without the other....I have to go with the All-new All-different X-Men, as long as they're not completely all-different, since I prefer them with Cyclops over without Cyclops.

My preference is for the All-New, All-Different incarnation, but, as Aaron pointed out, it really only works if Scott's there to hold the concept together.
