All time favourite? Tough. Alex Raymond? Al Williamson? Joe Kubert?
DC? Don't really know... (Can we still consider JB a DC artist?)
Marvel? JRjr, baby! Woo-hoo!

All Time is realllllly hard to pick, but i'll go with George Perez, given the contraints of the question
Current DC - since George is currently working for DC, naturally . .
Current Marvel - Alan Davis, with a nod to Terry Dodson for being my current favorite artist who NEVER works on a book i'm willing to buy.

Jerry Ordway
Both are good artists, but Ordway's work has more sentimental value for me.
