Both good characters, favorites even - but somebody's gotta win, so sticking with the best costume as the deciding factor yet again,

attitude is an intersting thing with these two charaters, late into the classic Levitz run, alot of the gals seemed to be developing hard attitudes, yet Jeckie was portrayed as being suitably Royal without a heavy attitude, Now - the Waid/Bedard/Shooter legion's Jeckie is nothing but hard attitude.

On the flip side, while Growth may be a bad thing, at least Dani Moonstar got over being a near Brat with her "outsider rebel" 'tude.

White Witch. "Long Live the Legion!" I first met the character during "The Great Darkness Saga"  Magik did not hook me in the X-men books.  Because she had the magic based powers it was an odd fit in the mutant books.
