Machine Man. I never Kirby's work with the character, but I loved the 1980s limited series. If you haven't read that one, grab the TPB if you get the chance. A very cool alternate future story.

And didn't Steve Ditko do something with Machine Man at some point?

I like the Machine Man mini back in the 80's but thats about the extent of my Machine Man experience.  Red Tornado, was a big part of my early Justice League of America reading as a kid.  For this reason stand by Red Tornado.

while Machine Man had his moment in Earth X -- and just that moment, i've pretty much liked everything with Red Tornado i've read -- easy winner.
