Oooh, man. Johnny Storm is a part of pop culture. But Firestorm's just about my favorite DC character. Sorry, Johnny, I can't let you sweep this one. Firestorm, The Nuclear Man!
And Green Lantern for today.

Johnny Storm
Kyle Rayner - I did not like the circumstances of how he became GL, but I liked his adventures.

Human Torch.
Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner). He's not my favorite Green Lantern, but he's still not a bad character.
Quasar always seemed a little too vanilla to me when he was in the Avengers. However, I admit that I didn't read his solo book, so maybe I missed out.

Firestorm by a (fiery) hair.
Quasar or GL Kyle Rayner? Hmm . . . probably Kyle; but I haven't read Quasar in a while.

Human Torch.
Quasar by this much. I thought the Kyle Rayner GL by Marz was pretty good.

Bonus:
Stein/Raymond Firestorm over Johnny Storm Torch over well, every other iteration of Firestorm: Raymond/Russian guy, Elemental, RonRay, Jason/Random Person, Jason/Raymond, Jason/Firehawk, Jason/Stein -- none captured the magic in a bottle of the original formula.
