I'd say based soley on art, not on the storyline/characters, Ditko.

If you were to ask KirbyFF vs Ditko Spider-Man ( look at the cover ), I'd probably go with the FF, but I've been reading the early Spider Man books and I think I like the artwork better there overall.

Ditko -- not based on a comparison of impacts or creativity or skills or any quantifiable attributes, which becomes an unseemly crime to pick apart masters -- but just a very gut level preference.
