Fair enough, Oliver, and I agree.  I am sure you see the pattern here for the next week or so of TOSS-UP, so please bear with me, and please remember that every character is someone's favorite character, including Quicksilver, and two people have already picked him.

Actually, I really like Quicksilver too, for the reasons David said above. He's a jerk, and he livens up a team book. I just don't think he could sustain some four decades of books like the Flash. It's like the difference between a character actor and a leading man.

Speaking of jerks, though, I think I'm going with Aquaman.

The moody, untrusting of the surface world, bat-wing costumed Namor.  Although a hero, he could turn villian with such ease.  More complex than Aquaman.  So, I guess I'm going with Namor.
