But in all fairness, he wins only by a small margin, because Aparo's version has great sentimental value for me.
Still, I have to choose Adams, based not only on his artistic abilities, but also on the fact that he drew that wonderful page that JB is always posting, where Batman scares the crap out of that poor guy in the commissioner's office...and enjoys doing it.
Every Batman writer should have that page tattooed on the inside of their eyelids, so they don't overwhelm the readers with the "psycho-serious" Batman who has become far too common in recent years.
