52, I dropped Countdown after three months' worth of issues. Seemed to just be a weekly ad for every other DC comic.

I didn't really care for the issues of 52 I read, and haven't looked at Countdown at all.

Happy birthday to my best friend, Dr. Doug Hinchliffe!
TODAY'S TOSS-UP (9/17):
Civil War or World War Hulk?
I love JRJr., but I am waiting for the trade (Marvel made me do it).

World War Hulk
I like the fact that I'm able to enjoy just the main seires without having to buy all the crossovers. I bought the firs tissue for the JRJr art, and liked it enough to get the next two, but refuse to get all the crossover stuff.
Civil War was just a mess.

I haven't read World War Hulk yet, but I'm sure it's better than Civil War. That was a huge letdown for me.

Haven't read CW, but I am buying WWH for the art. I feel dirty saying that, like it's the inverse of buying Playboy for the writing.
