This one's a little easier.  Not that I don't love Kollins, but 'Ringo wins this one in a walk.

That's another tough one, but I go with Scott Kollins.

Hmmm...  I didn't pay much attention to the Flash title during either of their runs, but I'll give the edge to Wieringo...

TODAY'S TOSS-UP (9/16):

Which weekly series did/do you prefer, 52 or Countdown?

I read the former, but I am not reading the latter.  Am I missing something?

Countdown.

I liked both. I'm not so concerned about the continuity aspects of either one, but am just enjoying the stories. I like the mixture of characters in each one, and I'm happy to see that so far none of the issues have been late.

I refuse to buy a weekly comic, unless they charge $ 0.30 or less for it.

Countdown. I am just enjoying the stories and like Aaron, I am not concerned about the continuity aspects of the story. I also enjoy a comic that comes out on time every week.

'Ringo

52 - I am getting the trades (buying a comic once a week is a bit too much for me). MIGHT get the Countdown trades too.

Only read the first couple of issues of both. No opinion.
