JR Jr. is a professional. He does the best work he can, regardless of the script or the project. I have no idea if he likes the scripts he gets or the company's creative direction or not.
But sometimes, you, as an employee, might not agree with a management decision. All you can do is perform your job to the best of your abilities. That's what JR Jr. does year in and year out.
