TODAY'S TOSS-UP (6/19):
Who's rendition of the Scarlet Witch do you prefer, George Perez' or John Byrne's?

Which version of Perez's?
Still, I guess I would go with JB's, in part because I had a thing for the model
he based the look on when I was younger.

Another tough one - but I'll go with JB's version here.

Mr. Byrne's art is the one I prefer .
West Cost Avengers comes to mind right away, but I first noticed her with John's run on the Avengers. The issue ended with a splash page of her and her brother turned to puppets.

Not sure about the Byrne/Perez Avengers and Beast question. If memory
serves...I think Perez 'got' the blue furry Beast in Avengers. The whole run I
kinda took in as a whole, so it's hard for me to remember who did what.
Also, Perez and Byrne were so similar style wise back then.
As to Scarlet Witch:
Byrne.
Although I liked Perez's art on Avengers volume 3 alot, I didn't like his
rendition of Scarlet Witch's costume.

I pick George Perez over JB on The Beast. They are both great, but Perez's version is my all time favorite.

Byrne's Wanda.
The Beast was too close to call.
