Furry Avenger, this was how I first met the Beast.  It was not tell later that I found out he was part of the X-men.  now that I think of it, it may have been during the Dark Phoenix saga.

Furry Avenger. I was really glad when he got de-furred in X-Factor 3, but then started to miss the furry guy. I also liked his buddy-buddy pairing with Wonder Man in the Avengers.

My first experience was with the blue furry, but I would have rather the original were left unchanged all these years.
