I love you for your bonus alone, Hammerhead.  Let's have babies together.

i loath Breakfast Club in nearly all ways imaginable -- even Futuraming it woudln't help - while i LOVE nearly all things Jack Burton - easy choice.

Breakfuturama Club.  It must happen; I shan't rest until it does.

Saturday, 9/4 toss-up: what are your favorite heroes better at - taking it or dishing it out?

Taking it.

In fact I think this toss-up represents a huge shift in comics over the last 15 years.  Heroes today regenerate from a single cell, tear each other in half and the Hulk is 25 feet tall.  Take a look at just about any random comic from the 60s, 70s or 80s and you'll find...the Hero in Peril!  Situations where you don't know how your hero will get out of it alive!  Situations where you genuinely worry about them!

I agree with you Joe.

One my favorite heroes is the Thing, he took it and dished it out.  I think a great example of this, is from the Marvel Two-In-One Annual were he had to fight "The Champion"? I think that was his name.  But the Things torment in not being human is the best example of him "taking it"
