Fantastic Four. While the JB/Claremont run on X-Men is the pinnacle of that book's creative history, there have been plenty of other good X-Men stories since then.
But the FF...it's hard to think of many good post-Byrne stories, except maybe the Walt Simonson run. I just identify JB with the Fantastic Four to a greater extent. He's one of the key creators in X-Men history, but he's THE man in Fantastic Four history.
At least, that's how I see it.

Ok, the X-Men if it's the original team, the Fantastic Four if you mean the "new" X-Men.

As JB has said that he wanted to continue with "X-Men: the Hidden Years" and doesn't want to return the FF, I like to see him do the book he's happiest doing.

Fantastic Four.
(I think the X-Men are too broken* for JB's return to do anything but get lost
in the shuffle and then get ret-conned out of the picture, much as like what
happened the last couple of times he returned to them.)
*tho, they're still very popular within the ever-diminishing market, so that is
obviously just my opinion.

Yeah - JB doesn't want to be Mr. Fix-It, and X-Men would probably take the rest of his natural life to sort out, if it didn't kill him first.

Fantastic Four.
X-Men had one really great run, but FF is, in my opinion, the greatest superhero series ever, and JB could return it to its glory.

Fantastic Four. Despite JB making his name on the X-Men, I always felt the
FF was closer to his sci fi sensibilties and he's the only creator to do the
book justice since the Stan and Jack run. Besides, I'd hate to have JB waste
his time trying to clean up the mess that the X-Men have become.
