As I see it, Wakanda is technologically highly advanced, so I figure they have good deodorants.
Meanwhile Captain America wears chainmail, sometimes for days on end, so he probably reeks to high heaven. So Cap for the win!
We are talking about body odor, right?

According to OHOTMU, Cap slightly edges out the Panther. T'Challa must have a bit of an edge in agility, though.

One reason Captain American will "win" this toss-up is because most people don't know that the Black Panther possesses enhanced strength as well as increased agility, senses, speed and stamina that come from the special heart-shaped herb he eats and his mystical connection with the Wakandan Panther god. Because of this, he is (or should be) at least as strong as Captain America.
