Anyway: beginning by far.  AT the end she's smoking, she's painted like a whore, and worst of all, she sold her true self out for a damn guy.  Very unattractive.

I took a quick poll at work with the same question, and leather Sandy swept the field.  Most interestingly, everyone conflated "attractive" (my word) with "sexy" (in their reply).  I think the question sells totally differently spoken vs. written.

I love Hawkeye to bits, but he's such a great hero that the whole started-out-as-a-villain bit doesn't seem to fit him, even though that's what he is.

With Rogue it was an integral part of her character. Claremont got a lot of mileage out of whether she was actually heroic or whether her powers were so out of control that Xavier's school was the only option left. So ah'll go with Rogue, y'all.
