The Joker While JB's Luthor might be my favorite specific depiction of a DC villain, the Joker has been handled well in so many different styles: the early, very creepy murderer in the forties, the fifties Dick Sprang version, Neal Adams' version in "The Joker's Five Way Revenge," the Englehart/Rogers "Laughing Fish" storyline, the Aparo and Breyfogle Jokers of the late 80s, etc. etc. I guess I'll go with Darkseid as the bonus answer too, as long as he's handled properly and not overused. Sometimes it seems like the greater the villain is, the easier it is for writers to abuse them.
