Ultron....although really I feel I need to read a lot more stories featuring each of these villains to make an informed opinion.

Ultron.

Kang's kinda cool, but time-travelling characters are really hard to handle consistently well.

A robot who is both insane and indestructible works well every time. Especially one with a brilliant name like Ultron and such a cool design for his face.
