It comes down to two things.  Most importantly, can Proteus possess Juggernaut?  I'm tempted to say no - Juggernaut has been described as having a force field which I think would act as a barrier.  If that seems a bit hoary, there's the fact that his helmet is formidable psychic protection.  Would Proteus know that removing the helmet might provide an edge?  Let's hope so!  Proteus in an indestructable body!?  Who's he take on next, The Beyonder?

Second, would Juggernaut use metal against Proteus?  If it came to hurling something, there's a chance that metal would be involved.  But Juggernaut's not going to come by that knowledge honestly.

I'd expect an incredible mind-blowing fight worthy of the skills of a Byrne, Perez, Davis as Proteus unleashes his reality-warping powers against his uinstoppable foe.  He'd burn out his host body pretty quickly.  If he can't possess Juggernaut, he loses big time.  If he can, all is lost!

Friday, 4/23 toss-up: better girlfriend for Steve Rogers - Natasha Romanoff, or Wanda Maximoff?

Natasha -- no powers and Steve gets on well with government agents. Wanda belongs with the Vision.

Natasha, but if it was the Wanda for the 60's and 70's I would have picked her.
