If only eras fell so neatly.... For a ten-year period, I'd say 1975-1985.  If you force me to choose a "decade", I have to go with 70s.

Creative is an interseting term -- i saw more new things in the 90's, things i wish i had never seen, and hope to never see again

Juggernaut, though I don't know if the Crimson Bands of Cytorrak would protect him from Proteus's ability to warp reality...

If Juggernaut knew that he could disperse Proteus with metal, I'd say Juggernaut. Otherwise Proteus.
