Oooooh, a toughie.

Spidey's is brilliant, poetic, apt, moving. 

I prefer the brutal simplicity of Batman's though; it's so powerful, almost mythic. Just about perfect.

I was in my golden age 12 when I read Spider-Man's origin and it really touched me,  Batman was Batman, he had always been around in my life so his origin was not important to me.
