(incidentally, i've had to fight off the mental image of BP playing guitar in a top hat, Kraven on rythem guitar, Ka-zar on bass, Zabu on drums, and the Lizard doing the "Worm" as lead vocalist . . so . . thanks a lot for the Welcome to the Jungle edition)

Wednesday, 4/7 toss-up: more startling repercussion of the Secret Wars - Spider-Man's new costume or the F.F. personnel change?

Spidey's black costume had the most long-term repercussions, but the toss-up mentions which was the most 'startling' repercussion itself of the Secret Wars, so I'm going to judge it on that short-term basis -- which was the most jarring/surprising of the two at the time.

I'm gonna go with Shulkie in the FF. I remember a friend telling me he'd seen an issue of the FF with She-Hulk in the team, and I thought he was either off his rocker or just plain mistaken. For some reason, I accepted the black Spidey costume quite readily and thought it was pretty cool.
