Overall DC has better devices for travel (Green Lantern rings, Legion flight rings, etc.), but Marvel has better vehicles.

Have to go with Marvel, mainly for all the super-vehicles that appeared in the past, like the anti-Godzilla heli-carrier Behemoth and the Red Ronin mecha.

 DC mainly because of Fourth World vehicles! Otherwise Marvel.
