X-Men cover says it's in "the Fantastic Four style", so I'd go with the originals!

Fantastic Four 1 - it's gotta monster coming out of the ground. Plus a hero in peril.

If I just go visually, I have to go with X-men #1.

FF # 1 = more enticing due to the giant monster breaking through the ground!

X-Men #1 for me - although I think FF #1 is the better issue, the X-Men cover has a guy covered in snow, and a redhead.

Redhead.

Saturday, 3/6 toss-up: better Alan Rickman villainy - Die Hard or Quigley Down Under?

[edited to add boldination]

Die Hard's Hans Gruber. A legend amongst screen villains.
