In Next Men, Troy, a guard has his arm stuck in a door - actually fused there thanks to an acid spray - and Hilltop severes it because technicians are wasting time trying to figure out how to get the door open without injuring the guard further.

This to me is more ruthless because Hilltop doesn't for a second reflect on how the people working under him might react to seeing a guy who might well be a friend/poker buddy in agony.

Saturday, 1/9 toss-up: bigger high school jackass - Flash Thompson or Cliff Carmichael (Firestorm's egghead Flash Thompson analogue)?
