The GLA rocks! Thursday, 12/10 toss-up: what Marvel villain would you like to see Superman take on - The Super-Skrull or the juiced-up Count Nefaria?

Count Nefaria. He'd last longer than Super Skrull.

Count Nefaria. Superman already fought Superskrull (in the 1990s' Superman/Silver Surfer crossover). Skrull did decently when Superman's powers were lessened, but once they were returned to normal, he was dispatched with lickitty split, which is how it should be, I say -- same with Nefaria, as far as I'm concerned.
As written in his own books, Superman typically operates on a whole other, much higher level than guys like Nefaria. What's Nefaria's greatest feat of quantifiable strength? Lifting a brick building or overturning a water tower? Compare that to Superman palming a black hole, splitting a spheroidal moon, etc. Superman's high-, mid-, and low-end depictions are much higher than how Nefaria is usually depicted, I think.
Typically, it's only in crossovers that Superman is depicted at their lower level. I think JB once spoke of how much "balancing" the companies do when crossing over: The characters' powers are brought in line with each other so as to turn off as few fans as possible.
