Masters of Evil.

They've had a better line-up of villains over all, plus they wrecked the Avengers mansion. While the crippling of Jarvis was probably way too far, it catapulted the MoE to become the Avengers' biggest rivals.

Masters of Evil. They came across to me as a true team, while the Legion of Doom seemed like a cobbled-together group of solo villains.

Oy, I have never read a story with the Masters of Evil (I *know*; isn't that
weird?), and the Legion of Doom is only from the Super-Friends show, right?
(Aside from the homage they're doing in "Justice")

But I would vote for Masters of Evil just because of the source of the other
one.
