Perez and Layton have a single definitive look for Armor/Robots/etc, as did Kirby (another must mention in discussions of comic armor & Machinery) -- but JB is actually capable of drawing differing KINDS of Armor/Robots/etc -- and it will all look Right, all work within the rest of his style surrounding it. Byrne Wins.

I going to echo Troy - sorta.

You really know when you see Perez armor/robots. With JB, you never know what you're gonna see. And its usually spectacular.

Perez' robots were so shiny and new. I think I fell in love with his Jocasta.

JB's specialty is in destroying robots. I often wonder when he got a chance to see what a Sentinel's innards look like.
