In a fight, or as characters?

In a fight I could see it going either way: Thor either smites Hulk right off
and takes him down; or the fight is a slow and steady build up, and Hulk just
keeps getting angrier and stronger until he kayos Thor. I guess it would
depend on whose book it was in.

As a character: Hulk, unless it's Simonson's Thor.
