Currently, Iron Man has been changed so much that he's not even the same character. so, I'd go with Captain America.

In their respective heydays...hard decision, probably Iron Man.

Captain America hands down. The grand-daddy of all Marvel heroes. Iron Man is cool, but he can't hold a candle to Captain America.
