The problem with Empath is there's little he can do that someone like The Kingpin doesn't also do by virtue of intelligence, charisma, and ruthlessness.  Empath as a character MUST be a nobody (no ambition, stupid, whatever the reason) or he MUST be Teh Awesome.  And so far he's been a nobody.

Equinox is the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup of villains.  It's insane that he never got top tier stories, instead relegated to a few quick defeats in MTU.

Saturday, 8/1 toss-up: I want to move Hammerhead from Spider-Man's rogues to Batman's.  Who should Batman send over to Spider-Man, Clayface or Mr. Freeze?
