I do like Wolverine, but I'm going with Puck. First dwarf/midget hero...I think.
Was the Brass Bishop tale ever told?

Height: Wolverine, bub.
Charisma: Puck, eh?
Visually interesting: Tie
Backstory: Tie
Most "scene-stealing" moments: Wolverine by leagues
Abuse since JB quit playing with them: Wolverine by overall overuse, Puck by complete origin turnaround. Wolverine wins this one.
Da Winna: JB's Wolverine. Just awesome.

If the question was about the characters in general, I'd go with Puck since I'm so sick of Wolverine, but since it is specifically about JB's versions, I have to go with Wolverine.

TODAY'S TOSS-UP (1/16):
Still keeping with the Alpha Flight motif,
JB's Puck or JB's Box?
And if you are reading this, JB, did Andrea create or co-create Puck & Marina?

Definitely the small JB Puck, not the big one. Was a very cool character until he became 6' tall. Haven't kept track of Alpha Flight in 15 years or so. Did they restore Puck back to his small size?
