The Falcon's Wings... though they might take more getting used to than the

Between the two I would go with the Jet Belt.  If it was Hawkman or Dawnstar I would go with their wings.

never really trusted rocket packs, unless you're pretty much invulnerable in the first place - plus a dutch saddle? no thanks - Falcon Wings it is.
